Metropolitan Salon & Spa was founded in 1999 by licensed Cosmetology Manager Holly Fox. After having been in the beauty industry for over 20 years, Holly has led the team at Metropolitan Salon & Spa to be named the area’s #1 Salon & Spa by Best of La Crosse for five years in a row. Additionally, through her work with High Performance Salon Academy, Metropolitan was recognized with the Velocity Award.
For your benefit, all of our employees at Metropolitan Salon & Spa are all team-based, expertly trained employees who have a vested interest in building their careers in the salon & spa industry. This allows you to work with a variety of expertise levels and price ranges for both salon and spa services. Should you wish to try a different team member, let us know! Our stylists, estheticians and massage therapists will work together with you to achieve your personal best.

Metropolitan Salon & Spa Policies
Metropolitan Salon & Spa asks that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your salon service or spa package. Appointments are appreciated, and are recommended 7 days in advance for Salon services, and 2-3 weeks in advance for Spa Packages. If you’d like to get on a frequent schedule, we recommend you schedule your next appointment before you leave.
Gift cards are available for all our services and spa packages. Gift cards may be used for any service or product, but are not redeemable for cash.
For your health, an air purification system has been installed and smoking is not permitted in our Salon and Spa.
A credit card is required to book all appointments. Metropolitan Salon & Spa requires a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. Any cancellation without a 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service to the credit card on file.
Metropolitan Salon & Spa is happy to accommodate groups for parties, meetings and social functions. Please feel free to call us to make arrangements. We require a 25% deposit on all spa packages, bridal parties and groups. Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit deposit. If a gift card is being used for the deposit and the services were cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment the 25% deposit will be taken from the gift card.
